Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, has extended warm felicitations to former Governor of Niger State, Dr. Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, as he marks his 70th birthday, describing him as a leader of service, wisdom, and enduring impact.
In a goodwill message posted on his X (formerly Twitter) account on Thursday, Atiku, who referred to Aliyu by his traditional title, the Talban Minna, praised the former governor’s contributions to public service and national development.
“On behalf of my family, I extend warm felicitations to former Governor of Niger State and Talban Minna, Dr. Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, OON, CON, as he marks his 70th birthday. We celebrate a life of service, wisdom, and impact. I pray that Almighty Allah continues to bless him with strength, good health, and enduring grace in the years ahead. Happy 70th birthday, Chief Servant,” Atiku wrote.

Dr. Babangida Aliyu, fondly known as the Chief Servant, governed Niger State from 2007 to 2015 and has remained an influential voice in national politics and public affairs.
