The company disclosed the adjustment in a notice issued to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and other stakeholders on Thursday, confirming that the meeting would now take place two days earlier than initially planned.
According to the company, the meeting will consider several issues, including the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Dangote Cement added that all other information contained in its initial notice published on September 30, 2026, remains unchanged.
The company also clarified that the ongoing closed trading period would end 24 hours after the publication of its third-quarter financial statements and the relevant resolutions reached by the board.
