Folarin “Falz” Falana, the Nigerian rapper and actor, has addressed the ongoing chatter about his marital status after claims spread that he had quietly gotten married.
Speculation started when Falz posted traditional wedding-style photos online.
The images quickly circulated, leading many to conclude they were from his actual wedding.
He has now explained that the photos were only from a creative shoot and not evidence of a real marriage.
Taking to Instagram, Falz teased that if he ever does walk down the aisle, people might dismiss it as another stunt.

The rapper emphasized that he is not obligated to disclose private life events. According to him, while privacy is important, he may still choose to share such a moment publicly if love makes it unavoidable.
“When everybody realized I wasn’t really married, people kept saying its a case of the boy who cried wolf. Maybe when I do get married nobody will care.
“It is bold of you to actually assume that if im actually getting married, I will share it,“ he said.
