Rapper French Montana, born Karim Kharbouch, is engaged to Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, daughter of Dubai’s ruler and UAE Prime Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The engagement took place in June 2025 during Paris Fashion Week, shortly after Montana, 40, made his runway debut at the 3.Paradis Spring/Summer 2026 show.
The couple’s relationship was confirmed on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, by entertainment outlet TMZ, sparking wide reactions across social media.
Sheikha Mahra, 31, first gained international attention in April 2023 when she married Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum.
The union produced a daughter in May 2024 but ended in July 2024, when Mahra announced their split in a widely circulated Instagram post that invoked the Islamic triple-talaq divorce.
Following the separation, she launched a perfume line under her lifestyle brand Mahra M1, debuting a fragrance named Divorce.

French Montana and Sheikha Mahra were first linked publicly in October 2024, when she shared photos of him touring Dubai.
Since then, the pair have been spotted together in Dubai, Morocco, and Paris, including a walk across the Pont des Arts bridge, a popular romantic landmark.
Family sources say both sides have expressed support for the union, though no official wedding date has been announced.
The engagement has drawn global interest, not only for its cross-cultural appeal but also for linking one of hip-hop’s most recognizable figures with one of the wealthiest royal families in the Middle East, whose fortune is estimated at over $18 billion.
