The Inspector-General of the Nigeria Police Force, Olatunji Rilwan Disu, on Monday, March 9, decorated eight senior officers who were recently promoted to the rank of Deputy Inspector-General of Police (DIG).

The ceremony, held at the Force Headquarters in Abuja, marked a significant milestone in the careers of the officers, recognising their decades of service and contributions to policing in the country.

He further acknowledged the families of the promoted officers, noting that their sacrifices and support had played a critical role in the officers’ distinguished careers.
