My Passport Seized Again to Bar Me From Travelling — Senator Natasha

Senator Natasha Akpoti, who represents Kogi Central, says her international passport is being held back and she cannot leave the country.

She raised the claim during a live broadcast on Facebook on Tuesday, the 4th of November, 2025.

In her words, “having completed the celebration of my second year, I decided to take a week off and my passport is being withheld again. The same thing happened.

“I have committed no offense and there is no order from the court to seize my passport and deny me traveling.
