No Tribe is Superior — Macaroni Condemns Herdsmen Attack on Enugu Community

Renowned Nigerian content creator and human rights advocate, Mr Macaroni, has weighed in on the escalating turmoil in Enugu State, decrying the alarming situation that has left several communities in distress.

Reports indicate that over 44 farm settlements, collectively known as ‘Ndiagu,’ have been forcefully seized, displacing scores of residents who have fled their homes in search of safety in neighboring areas.

Among the worst-hit communities are Abor Ishala, Mgbuji, Agu-Amede, Eha-Agu, and Umuhu.

Taking to his X page, Macaroni amplified the distress call, urging the government to rise to the occasion and fulfill its duty of safeguarding the lives of its people.

Clearly agitated by the unfolding crisis, the activist did not mince words in condemning the authorities’ silence, labeling it as a blatant form of injustice.

He stressed that no tribe should wield dominance over another and that fairness must prevail across all regions.

“Evil like this should be condemned by all!! Not only that the Government must swing into action and show that there is zero tolerance for this sort of barbarism!!!”

Further highlighting the consequences of governmental inaction, he warned that such negligence forces citizens to take matters into their own hands, thereby escalating conflicts and endangering innocent lives.

“When the government is quiet, the people feel the need to protect their lives and properties by themselves, which escalates issues and leads to the loss of other innocent lives. Injustice is injustice! It does not matter where it happens. North, East, South or West, we must always speak against it.

“No person, group or tribe is superior to another. All rights must be respected.”

Macaroni’s bold statement adds to the growing demand for swift intervention, as citizens continue to call on the authorities to restore peace and justice to the embattled region.
