Senator Solomon Adeola, representing Ogun West and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, has asked his supporters to stop attacking other All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirants ahead of the 2027 Ogun State governorship race.
In a statement on Monday, Adeola said he had not made any official statement regarding his political plans nor authorised anyone to respond to attacks on his behalf. He urged his supporters to avoid targeting fellow party members and focus on the ongoing work of the APC-led government in Ogun State and at the national level.

Adeola emphasised that his priority remains serving his constituents and called for a peaceful and rancour-free political process within the party.
