A nationwide initiative to distribute one million copies of the Holy Bible has been launched in honour of Barrister Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as part of activities marking his 40th birthday.
The project, unveiled on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at the National Christian Centre in Abuja, is aimed at promoting moral renewal and ethical leadership among Nigerian youths.
The thanksgiving service was organised by the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN), led by its National Chairman, Hon. Belusochukwu Enwere.
Enwere described the project as a “spiritual investment” in Nigeria’s moral future, noting that it was not designed to celebrate an individual but to inspire positive change.
“This Bible project is a gift to the body of Christ and a seed for moral transformation,” he said. “We hope to rekindle integrity, compassion, and love for humanity among young Nigerians.”
Similar thanksgiving services were held concurrently in about 40 churches across the country, featuring prayers and exhortations for the Tinubu family and the nation.

Rev. Ini Ukpuho, Chaplain of the National Christian Centre, who led the Abuja service, commended the initiative, describing it as timely amid growing concerns over the erosion of moral values in society.
In a message delivered on his behalf, Seyi Tinubu expressed appreciation to the organisers and reaffirmed his belief that faith-based education and moral discipline remain essential to building a responsible and united Nigeria.
According to the organisers, the first batch of the one million Bibles will be distributed in the coming weeks through churches, schools, and youth ministries across the federation.
