Outrage As Trailers Use Road Median To Evade Traffic In Port Harcourt

Residents of Port Harcourt have voiced concerns after a video emerged showing trailers driving on a road median in an apparent attempt to bypass traffic congestion.

The footage, which surfaced on social media platform X on Saturday, captured two heavy-duty trucks moving along the median while a bystander expressed disbelief at the drivers’ actions.

In the video, the eyewitness described the incident as “madness,” questioning why the trailer operators chose to navigate through an area not designated for vehicular movement.

The development has since triggered widespread reactions online, with many users condemning the act and calling for stronger enforcement of traffic regulations.

One X user, identified as JennyEnya, criticized the incident, stating that such behavior reflected a disregard for the law and suggesting it was not the first time such an occurrence had been witnessed.
