Pastor Jerry Uchechukwu Eze, founder of Streams of Joy International and convener of the widely followed New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD), marked his 43rd birthday on Friday, August 22, with tributes pouring in from across the world.
Born on August 22, 1982, in Umuahia, Abia State, Eze studied History and International Relations at Abia State University before obtaining further qualifications in Business Administration from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
He began his career working on World Bank and United Nations projects tackling HIV/AIDS awareness before going into full-time ministry.
In 2013, he established Streams of Joy International, which has since expanded into multiple countries. His daily prayer broadcasts under the NSPPD brand, launched in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, quickly gained global traction and now attract millions of live viewers every week, making it one of the largest online prayer platforms in the world.
