Fuji star Wasiu Alabi Pasuma has honoured his late mother on her posthumous birthday, dedicating a newly built home to her memory.
In an emotional Instagram post on Friday, September 5, 2025, Pasuma wrote:
“To my dearest mother, your love remains a constant light in my life. Wishing you the happiest birthday in heaven Iyami. Celebrating your birthday with a new home.”
Pasuma’s mother, Alhaja Adijat Kuburat, died in April 2021, a loss the singer has often described as deeply painful.

By unveiling the new house on her birthday, he said he wanted to celebrate her legacy and keep her memory alive.
