Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Makurdi Zonal Directorate, have arrested 37 suspected internet fraudsters in Wukari, Taraba State.
They were arrested behind Federal University, Wukari, Taraba State on Wednesday, following credible intelligence on their suspected involvement in cybercrimes.
This was contained in a statement by the EFCC and shared on its Facebook page on Wednesday.

Items recovered from the suspects include two cars, 12 laptops and 46 phones.
According to the anti-graft agency the suspects would be charged to court after the conclusion of the investigation.
