Real Madrid Reportedly Set to Sell Vinícius Jr. After El Clásico Outburst

Spanish giants Real Madrid are reportedly planning to part ways with Brazilian forward Vinícius Júnior next summer, following his angry reaction to being substituted during last weekend’s El Clásico clash against Barcelona, according to reports from BILD.

The winger, known for his fiery temperament and passion on the pitch, was visibly frustrated after being taken off by manager Carlo Ancelotti in the second half of Madrid’s 2–1 win at the Santiago Bernabéu.

Cameras captured Vini shaking his head and muttering under his breath as he left the field — a scene that reportedly didn’t sit well with the club’s hierarchy.

According to BILD, the Real Madrid board sees the incident as the latest in a series of disciplinary red flags involving the 24-year-old, and have now decided to cash in on him next summer rather than extend his stay.

Vinícius, who joined Los Blancos from Flamengo in 2018, has developed into one of the club’s most electrifying players, forming a deadly partnership with Jude Bellingham and Rodrygo.

However, his emotional reactions and frequent on-field altercations have occasionally drawn criticism from fans and pundits alike.

While no official statement has been made by the club, reports suggest that several top European sides — including Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, and Chelsea — are closely monitoring his situation and could make a move if he becomes available.

The development marks a surprising twist for a player once seen as a cornerstone of Madrid’s future.

If the reports prove true, Vinícius Jr.’s exit could signal the start of another major summer rebuild at the Bernabéu.
