United States President, Donald Trump, will take part in the 2026 FIFA World Cup final ceremony and personally present the trophy to the tournament winners, according to FIFA President Gianni Infantino.
Infantino confirmed that Trump will be in New York on the day of the World Cup final and will join the post-match celebrations as part of the official trophy presentation ceremony.
The FIFA chief revealed that Trump and FIFA officials will share the stage during the presentation, with the U.S. president expected to hand over football’s most coveted prize to the victorious team.
