A heartwarming video has captured the moment the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, broke into joyful dance after being conferred with an Honorary Doctor of Science degree by the University of Port Harcourt on Saturday.
The celebration took place on the university campus in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, during its convocation ceremony.

Wike, a former governor of Rivers State and a proud alumnus of UNIPORT, received the recognition for his outstanding contributions to p.ublic service, urban renewal, and infrastructural development in both Rivers and the Federal Capital Territory.
