Preparations are in full swing for Nigeria’s crucial FIFA World Cup playoff clash against Gabon as 21 Super Eagles players have now reported to camp in Marrakesh, Morocco.
The team commenced training on Monday evening under the supervision of head coach Chelle, as they gear up for the decisive first leg against Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s Panthers.
Among those already in camp are key stars including Ademola Lookman, Alex Iwobi, Wilfred Ndidi, and Calvin Bassey.
Meanwhile, striker Victor Osimhen and goalkeeper Maduka Okoye are expected to join the squad on Tuesday.

The Super Eagles will face Gabon on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 16:00 local time, as they aim to take a firm step toward securing a spot at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
