Mourinho Reportedly Sets Conditions For Potential Real Madrid Return

Former Real Madrid manager José Mourinho has reportedly outlined two key conditions to the Spanish giants amid speculation linking him with a sensational return to the Santiago Bernabéu.

According to reports from Diario AS, Mourinho is demanding greater influence in the club’s recruitment strategy and complete autonomy in handling the squad if he is to take charge of the team again.

The Portuguese tactician is said to want a say in identifying positions within the squad that require strengthening, although he is reportedly not insisting on choosing specific player names.

Reports also claim Mourinho wants zero interference in his relationship and work with players, insisting that every department within the club should focus strictly on its own responsibilities.

The development has further fueled speculation surrounding the future of the managerial position at Real Madrid as the club prepares for another major transition period.
