Abuja Hospital Denies King Mitchy’s Alleged Death At Its Facility

The management of Prime Care Hospitals has firmly denied reports circulating on social media that popular content creator Mukoro Mitchelle, widely known as King Mitchy, died at its Abuja facility.

The hospital’s clarification follows an earlier announcement reportedly shared by the influencer’s management team, which claimed she passed away after being rushed to a hospital in the Federal Capital Territory.

The initial statement alleged that she had ingested a harmful substance during a TikTok livestream and could not be revived despite medical efforts.

However, in an official disclaimer posted on its verified Instagram page on Saturday morning, February 28, Prime Care Hospitals dismissed the claims as false.

“The management of Prime Care Hospitals wishes to inform the public that the announcement of the alleged death of Miss Mukoro Mitchelle, popularly known as King Mitchy, at our facility in Abuja is FALSE.

King Mitchy was never a patient in our hospital and did not pass away here,” the statement read.

The hospital further disclosed that it is working with authorities to investigate the source of the misinformation and warned that legal action may be taken against those responsible for spreading the claims.

It also urged members of the public to verify sensitive information through official channels before sharing.

The controversy erupted hours after a post appeared on King Mitchy’s official Instagram page announcing her death.

The message described frantic medical efforts in Abuja and appealed for prayers and privacy for her family.

It also contained an emotional plea suggesting that her mother had fainted upon hearing the news.

The conflicting statements have left fans and followers in confusion, with many demanding clarity amid the growing speculation online.

As of the time of filing this report, the reported death of the content creator has not been independently confirmed by her family or relevant authorities.
