Atalanta Offers Lookman to EPL Clubs After Inter Milan Deal Collapses

Atalanta has reportedly offered Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman to Premier League clubs following the collapse of his proposed move to Inter Milan.

Several reports in the Italian media revealed that Lookman, who had already agreed personal terms with Inter, left Bergamo as he pushed for the transfer.

Inter were said to have tabled an offer of £45 million, but Atalanta rejected the bid, insisting on £55 million including add-ons.

Despite Lookman’s insistence on completing the switch to San Siro, Atalanta maintained their stance, ruling out a deal with Inter and making it clear the winger must look elsewhere if he is to leave the club this summer.

The development now paves the way for a potential return to the Premier League for Lookman, who previously had spells at Everton, Fulham, and Leicester City.

Since joining Atalanta in 2022, he has been one of their most important players, playing a key role in their Europa League triumph and Serie A campaign.

With the Inter deal “completely off,” attention has now shifted to which Premier League side will move to secure the Nigerian international’s signature before the transfer window closes.
