American rapper and reality television personality Chrisean Rock has refreshed the portrait tattoo of her partner, Blueface, on her face, months after reportedly beginning laser treatment to remove it.
The development was shared by entertainment platform YabaLeftOnline on Instagram on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, featuring before-and-after images of the tattoo.
The updated design shows a more detailed portrait of Blueface on Rock’s cheek, incorporating facial tattoos the rapper acquired in recent years.
According to reports, tattoo artist Nihat Uzuntepe shared images and videos of the refreshed artwork on Instagram on Tuesday, October 13, describing the work as an upgrade following two laser-removal sessions.
Rock Previously Began Removing the Tattoo
Rock initially had Blueface’s portrait tattooed on her cheek in January 2024, making the artwork one of the most recognisable symbols of their relationship.
However, during a period of separation, she began laser-removal treatments to fade the tattoo.
Her decision to refresh the portrait has attracted renewed attention, particularly because it follows her reported reconciliation with the rapper.
The updated artwork retains Blueface’s likeness while incorporating details inspired by his more recent facial tattoos.

Blueface Tattoos Chrisean’s Name on His Back
In a related development, Blueface reportedly had the name “Chrisean” tattooed in large cursive lettering across his upper back during a livestream on Tuesday, October 13.
Reports said Rock became emotional after seeing the finished tattoo, telling viewers that she had not expected the design to be so large.
The two tattoo developments have generated reactions on social media, with fans discussing the couple’s renewed public displays of affection.
Tattoo Update Follows Reported Engagement
The tattoo sessions came days after Blueface reportedly proposed to Rock at Problem Lounge in Scottsdale, Arizona, on October 11.
Footage of the proposal circulated online, showing the rapper asking Rock to marry him before she accepted.
The reported engagement has renewed public interest in the couple, whose relationship has been marked by public disagreements, separations and reconciliations.
However, the couple have not announced a wedding date, and the reported engagement should not be interpreted as confirmation that they are married.
Rock’s decision to refresh the portrait, alongside Blueface’s new tattoo, has once again placed their relationship in the spotlight as fans react to the latest developments.
