The Lagos State High Court has ordered Nollywood actress Elizabeth Lawal, popularly known as Lizzy Anjorin, to stop publishing or sharing photographs of the one-year-old son of actress Priscilla Ojo and her Tanzanian musician husband, Juma Jux.
The interim order was issued ex parte on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, by Justice Yetunde Adesanya at the Lagos Judicial Division in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026.
Priscilla, identified in the court document as Mrs Priscilla Ajoke Ojo Mkambala, filed the suit alongside her husband, Juma Mussa Mkambala, and their son, Master Rakeem Mkambala, against Anjorin.
A certified true copy of the order, which Priscilla shared on Instagram on Friday, showed that the court barred Anjorin, as well as anyone acting on her behalf or under her authority, from publishing, posting, circulating, uploading or broadcasting images of the child on social media platforms.
The platforms specifically mentioned in the order include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok.
The order read in part, “An Order of this Honourable Court restraining the Respondent either by its agents, privies, representatives, employees, officers or any other person or group of persons howsoever described and/or under the Respondent’s authority from publishing, posting, circulating, uploading and broadcasting the 3rd Applicant’s pictures on the Respondent’s social media pages namely on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Tiktok… pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice in this suit.”
The court document also identified several social media accounts allegedly associated with Anjorin, including @lizzyanjorin_originallawal, @lizzyanjorin_original, @lizzyanjorin_legal_mrslawal, @yeyemesho_luxuryfabric1 and a Facebook account named Lizzyanjorin2.
Beyond the restriction on the child’s photographs, the court also directed Anjorin to stop publishing or broadcasting editorials about the applicants on the specified platforms until the substantive Motion on Notice is heard and determined.

The court further ordered: “An Order of this Honourable Court restraining the Respondent either by its agents, privies, representatives, employees, officers or any other person or group of persons howsoever described and/or under the Respondent’s authority to cease and desist broadcasting, publishing and posting editorials on the Applicants on the Respondent’s social media pages… pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice in this suit.”
The ruling was granted ex parte, meaning Anjorin was not present or heard when the application was considered. Such orders are typically sought as urgent interim measures pending further proceedings.
The court also directed that the case file be returned to the Registry of the High Court of Lagos State for reassignment to the appropriate division.
The order was signed and sealed by the Legal Registrar, Omokhudu-Omahoin Onivenu, and issued under the authority of the court on September 2, 2026.
The development adds to the prolonged public dispute involving Anjorin and members of Priscilla’s family, particularly her mother, actress Iyabo Ojo. The disagreement has played out publicly on social media for about two years and has previously involved a ₦1bn defamation suit instituted by Iyabo Ojo against Anjorin.
In recent public statements, Anjorin also made unverified claims questioning the paternity of Priscilla’s son. Those claims could not be independently verified by journalists and were not included in the court order reviewed for this report.
The child, whose full name is Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, was born in Canada in August 2025.
As of the time of filing this report, Anjorin had not publicly commented on the court order.
