Nigerian global music sensation, Davido, is set to return home in grand style with a highly anticipated nationwide concert series tagged “5IVE Tour Nigeria.”
The tour, which will span five major states, kicks off on October 26 in Akwa Ibom and will conclude on December 25 in Lagos.
The award-winning Afrobeats star, who has spent the past few years performing across continents, said the tour represents a homecoming celebration of music, culture, and unity.
Davido, known for his electrifying performances and global influence, took to his Instagram page to share his excitement, writing: “I’m blessed to perform all around the world, and everywhere I go, Nigeria goes with me. But this time, I’m bringing it home.”
According to the schedule, the tour will move from Akwa Ibom on October 26 to Adamawa on October 29, before heading to Enugu on November 1. The next stop will be Ibadan on November 9, with the grand finale set for Lagos on December 25 — a Christmas Day celebration expected to draw massive crowds.

Reflecting on his recently concluded North American tour and past performances at major international venues, including London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and a sold-out O₂ Arena concert, Davido said: “After an unforgettable North American tour, it’s only right we bring that energy back where it all began. This one’s for the culture. This one’s personal. This one’s for us.”
The “5IVE Tour Nigeria” will be Davido’s first major nationwide concert since the release of his globally acclaimed albums, Timeless and A Better Time. The series is expected to reinforce his legacy as one of Africa’s leading music ambassadors and a symbol of contemporary Nigerian excellence on the global stage.
