EPL Woes Deepen as Man United, Liverpool Stumble to Back-to-Back Draws

Manchester United and Liverpool’s early-season struggles in the Premier League continued on Sunday as both traditional rivals were held to back-to-back draws, deepening frustration among their supporters.

At Elland Road, Manchester United were forced to settle for a 1–1 draw away to Leeds United in a tense encounter.

The result followed last week’s home stalemate against Wolves, where Erik ten Hag’s side also played out a 1–1 draw, leaving questions over their consistency and attacking sharpness.

Liverpool endured a similar fate in London, playing out an entertaining 2–2 draw away to Fulham.

Jürgen Klopp’s men had already dropped points the previous weekend after being held to a goalless draw at home by Leeds United, a result that drew visible frustration from Anfield faithful.

With four points dropped across their last two league matches, both clubs have failed to build momentum in the EPL, raising concerns about their title ambitions and top-four hopes.

Fans of the two giants have voiced their displeasure as inconsistent performances continue to cost them valuable points in the early stages of the season.

As the league campaign progresses, pressure is mounting on both Manchester United and Liverpool to quickly rediscover their winning touch and avoid falling further behind in the race at the top of the Premier League table.
