The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has announced an extension of the deadline for receiving applications for various vacancies in the Federal Civil Service.
The new closing date is now Monday, 17th March 2025, allowing more eligible candidates to participate in the recruitment exercise.
This announcement supersedes the earlier advertisement published on Monday, 27th January 2025, in The Sun, Daily Trust, and The Nation newspapers, as well as on the FCSC website (fedcivilservice.gov.ng), which had initially set the deadline for Monday, 10th March 2025.
The updated information has now been published on the FCSC website, The Sun, and The Nation newspapers of Monday, 10th March 2025, as well as Daily Trust of Tuesday, 11th March 2025.

The Commission encourages all qualified Nigerians who have not yet applied to take advantage of this extension to submit their applications.
The FCSC also reassured applicants that the recruitment process will be merit-driven and transparent.
