Governor Mallam Dikko Radda has congratulated Ibrahim Masari on his appointment as Special Adviser on Political Affairs to President Bola Tinubu.
In a statement issued on Friday by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula, Governor Radda described the appointment as recognition of Masari’s dedication, loyalty, and political competence.
