The Nigerian Air Force has released the names of candidates shortlisted for the Basic Military Training Course (BMTC) 46/2025 Selection Board, marking a key step in its ongoing recruitment exercise.
This was disclosed in a statement issued on Wednesday by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Ehimen Ejodame, who confirmed that the published list contains candidates eligible for enlistment into the force.
According to him, those shortlisted emerged successful from the Zonal General Aptitude Test conducted across 15 NAF bases on December 5, 2025.
Ejodame explained that all successful applicants have been invited to participate in the Selection Board Interview for both trades and non-tradesmen and women.
The exercise is scheduled to take place at the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna from April 27 to June 13, 2026.

He urged candidates to strictly adhere to their assigned batch dates as indicated on the official recruitment portal, warning that failure to report as scheduled would result in automatic disqualification.
The Air Force also reiterated that the entire recruitment process is free of charge, cautioning applicants against paying money to any individual or group under any guise.
