Businessman and politician Ned Nwoko has publicly defended his wife, Laila, in an emotional statement shared on his X (formerly Twitter) account on Wednesday, describing her as a woman of “quiet strength, dignity, and deep kindness” amid growing online commentary about her.

“Laila is not someone who lives on social media.
