NYSC Fixes Nov 4 For Batch C Stream II Orientation

The National Youth Service Corps has announced November 4, 2026, as the commencement date for the 2026 Batch C Stream II Orientation Course.

The NYSC made this known in a statement issued on Friday, October 2, and signed by its Director, Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu.

The orientation exercise will be conducted across all 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

“The Management of National Youth Service Corps has approved Wednesday, 4th November 2026 as the commencement date for the 2026 Batch ‘C’ Stream II Orientation Course,” the statement said.

According to the NYSC, registration of corps members will begin on the opening day of the exercise and run until midnight on November 6.

“The Exercise will be conducted in all the 36 States and the FCT, Abuja.”

“Registration of Corps Members will hold between Wednesday 4th and midnight of Friday 6th November.”

The corps members will also take part in the formal swearing-in ceremony on November 6.

It further announced that, “the Swearing-in Ceremony will take place on Friday 6th November 2026.”

The orientation programme is scheduled to run until November 24, when the closing ceremony will be held.

“Consequently, the Closing Ceremony is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 24th November 2026,” the statement said.
