Paramount Skydance Corporation has reached a $7.7 billion agreement to stream Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) events exclusively in the United States for seven years, beginning in 2026.
Under the deal, Paramount+ will carry all UFC content, including 13 major numbered events and 30 Fight Nights annually, without additional pay-per-view charges for subscribers. Selected headline bouts will also air on CBS.
The agreement, finalised shortly after Paramount’s merger with Skydance, was concluded within 48 hours of negotiations. Paramount Skydance chief executive David Ellison described the deal as a major acquisition that would boost year-round subscriber engagement.

UFC’s parent company, TKO Group, said the shift from a pay-per-view model would make the sport more accessible to fans while expanding its audience reach.
The deal marks a significant increase from UFC’s previous media rights arrangement, positioning Paramount+ as a stronger competitor in the sports streaming market.
