Actress Regina Daniels’ brother, Sammy West, is now in Keffi prison after a Dutse Magistrate ordered his remand.
He was reportedly taken into custody on Thursday and kept without access to a lawyer.
The actress’ older brother, @sweezzy1, made the disclosure on his Instagram story, expressing concern over the manner Sammy was handled.
Seeking answers, he asked the public to intervene and went on to say, “He is currently at Keffi Prison! Dutse Magistrate has suddenly disappeared, Ned you can pay everybody but you can’t pay for integrity!!
“Sammy is currently in prison Everyone please help me ask Ned what is Sammy’s offense? Sammy said my lawyers are on their way I was not given an opportunity to call no one! Please can I call them? Judge say remand him till they can file for his bail. Bail has been filed magistrate has disappeared no one available to sign. You sha want make he test the prison?? Ned the most powerful man in the universe. You still no fit big pass God!”
He also posted a video of Sammy complaining about how he was treated, saying, “they didn’t allow me to call my lawyer. They didn’t allow my family to see me since I was arrested on Monday. No body knows where I was taken to”.

reports that Sammy West was arrested in Lagos on Monday and, according to family sources, was moved to Abuja on a private jet allegedly linked to Senator Ned Nwoko.
Reacting on Instagram, Regina Daniels, who is currently in a bitter marital dispute with Senator Ned Nwoko, stated that Sammy was picked up together with her sister as a way to pressure her into rehabilitation.
Senator Ned earlier claimed Regina was avoiding rehabilitation, accusing her of substance abuse after she called him out for domestic violence.
