United Turn On Second-Half Firepower To Sink Villa 3–1 At Old Trafford

Manchester United secured a comfortable 3–1 victory over Aston Villa on Sunday at Old Trafford, producing a strong second-half performance to seal all three points.

After a goalless first half, United took the lead in the 53rd minute through Casemiro, who opened the scoring to give the home side the advantage.

Villa responded just over ten minutes later as Ross Barkley found the back of the net in the 64th minute to restore parity for the visitors.

However, United quickly regained control of the match. Matheus Cunha put the Red Devils back in front in the 71st minute with a well-taken effort.

The victory was sealed in the 81st minute when Benjamin Šeško added a third goal, ensuring a comfortable win for the hosts.

The result capped a solid outing for Manchester United in front of their home supporters, as they dominated the latter stages of the encounter to secure the 3–1 triumph.
